How do we visually transform a delivery platform into something that feels like part of the Ramadan experience, while staying true to Snoonu’s identity as a modern, innovative service?
Approach
Feelfactory team together with the Snoonu team, crafted a multi-touchpoint design approach:
• App experience: Adapted the iconography to reflect Ramadan aesthetics and designed a new splash screen anchored in the key visual.
• Brand system: Created the main key visual that tied the campaign together, embedding the atmosphere of Ramadan into Snoonu’s universe.
• Customer delight: Snoonu produced special-edition delivery boxes, turning every order into a festive, emotionally charged brand moment.
Impact
By integrating cultural codes with brand touchpoints, Snoonu didn’t just deliver products — it delivered a feeling of belonging. The brand became part of daily rituals, strengthening emotional ties with customers during the most significant month of the year.
