The visual style for HR communications of Elektronniy Gorod is a Novosibirsk telecommunications service provider.

For the internal communication of the company, a visual style was developed, covering the design of layouts, sword and event design, as well as unique screensavers for smartphones and computers. The project is focused on supporting corporate culture and increasing employee engagement.

This style also continues the continuity started within the framework of the project for the 20th anniversary of the company in 2023. We have retained the key visual elements and adapted the main logo to the internal brand Novotelesapiens, reflecting the transformation of the company since its entry into the market under the name Novotelecom.







A special feature of this project is a graphic designer consisting of 2D and 3D elements, fonts and a color palette. This solution gives the company the opportunity to independently create new media, adapting them to various tasks and events, maintaining brand consistency.










Additionally, a cute sticker pack was created reflecting the key values of the company, which helped to strengthen them in the company.
